Welcome to the Contributor / Development Guide for IndiSpark Projects. Please note that these guidelines can change and we reccomend you check this website every few months.

Notices:
- IndiSpark does NOT provide you with a GitLab Account. You must create your own.
- IndiSpark has the right to deny any merge request, issue or suggestion.
- IndiSpark requires you to follow its: Policy of Public the second you begin your contribution.
- You should always do things things in the following order: Create Issue, Code it (Update progress on code by commenting on your issue. Please give your Commit ID when you are referring to a commit made) and then Submit Merge Request.
- You may be assigned a DR / OSSDR (Open Source Development Representative / Rep). This is not always the case and is subject to volunteers willing to become a DR.
- DRs are volunteers or might be paid workers at IndiSpark.
- Becoming a DR is a stepping stone to become apart of IndiSpark's Dev & Engineering Team. This not always a given.
- Goverance of IndiSpark Development is outlined in section
6of the Policy of Public. (Read from6.9till the end of section6)
