Brave Bot first intended to log / store everything on it's Discord Server but sadly we had to move servers and since then there has been no place to store all of Brave Bot's Update Notes and etc. But now you will find all the update notes before and including V2.2 are on our GitLab Page.

V1.0 End Of Alpha Release Notes:

V1.0 Asset

Released on the 1st of April 2023

  1. UPGRADE - /crypto is out of beta and is now in the utility unit. 
  2. UPGRADE - NEW GIFS for /action & /express. 
  3. UPGRADE - /embed & /hint now have a Theme System.
  4. UPGRADE - /chat & /askai now have Link Buttons
  5. UPGRADE - /feedback has now been simplified and is bug-free
  6. UPGRADE - /warn now has warning types. You can do the following types of warnings:

  1. UPDATED Advance Help: The Advance Help section of /help and $help has been outdated and lacked updates. I have updated it now and added a new section called "Open Source"!
  2. 2 NEW BETA COMMANDS: Due to API issues I'm struggling to get a cool avatar mocking system working but I have managed to get your local weather info in Brave Bot! /weather-info is now in Beta with new details to be added! /adopt is here, adopt your friends or family now with Brave Bot!
  3. ProButtons: After like 10 rewrites ProButtons are HERE! Only for Brave Bot Pro users and is currently only available with /lie-detector !
  4. Looks weird? Some embeds in Brave Bot look AWFUL! I have updated many to look better and more readable!
  5. NEW GRAPHICS: Brave Bot's Graphics have been UPDATED to fit a new redesign!
  6. UPGRADED & IMPROVED MANY COMMANDS: Many commands have been upgraded from performance or how it is formatted or what the embed looks like!
  7. Suicide Prevention: Our ongoing mission to help those is being expanded with new motivational quotes for those. We also released /seek-help! Link Buttons are now their on /seek-help!
  8. Bug Fixes: Many bugs fixed and many new ones have arrived :/
  9. UPDATED HELP & SUPPORT: /help, /commands and /ping have all received updates improving them
  10. PROWelcome & GlobalWelcome EXPANDED: ProWelcome will now send GIFS. GlobalWelcome will do the same as well!
  11. LEGACY REBRANDED: Legacy Commands was too big of a name so it's now called LEGACYPASS!
  12. FEEDBACK SYSTEM: It now uses a Discord Modal instead of a basic SlashInput!

  1. NEW - AI Insults: AI Insults are HERE! Available to only Brave Bot Pro users, AI insults are here as apart of my wider aim to add more AI stuff. Keep an eye out for the Brave Bot Year 2 Plan
  2. QOL Upgrades: A massive issue Brave Bot and other bots face is commands die out or break and then go useless! FEAR NOT. Brave Bot is changing this around! Starting with the Fun Unit, I have made many improvements to many commands that felt lackluster or have not been updated in a while! These are not expansions but small improvements! If you have an idea/suggestion do /feedback and it gets sent straight to me.
  3. Pro Expansion: Brave Bot Pro has been revisited & got a few new words! ProButtons are now rolling out to more commands & Wish Logs are now a Brave Bot Pro Feature.
  4. NEW - HourlyRLLY: A new feature exclusive to this server is HourlyRLLY! Every hour a Fun Fact & Quote will now be sent in the support server.
  5. Bug Fixes: Many bugs have been fixed and many new ones have spawned in (Fortnite reference).
  6. EMOJIS: I lied it's not emojis but just one! A new cute arrow emoji is now in use.

V1.6 Awkward Update:

  1. /ship - “Ship” two people you want to see date each other, etc. (BETA Command)
  2. /adopt - Moves to the Fun Unit and is no longer a "Beta" Command. 
  3. BraveServADS - Ads for servers verified by the Team that want to be promoted will now be added and will be showcased in Brave Bot Error Messages, /help, /ping, /commands.

V1.8.1 Cookies Update:

    • We have replaced /fun-action with /free-action and /pro-action.
  2. /commands Bug Fix. The command is not being retired.
  3. Truth & Dare List has been updated. Dares and Truths no longer say "room" etc and now say "chat" or "channel".

V1.9 Sparkles Update:

  4. All information Commands (e.g. /channel-info) have new pieces of information.
  5. GlobalLeave is here! Like GlobalWelcome but for leaving users. A new look has been added is well
  6. ProWelcome has been updated.
  7. /crypto has new Cryptocurrencies.
  8. /timeout now sends 1 embed and uses a new design.
  9. Part of the rewrite has been released.
  10. /profile is here to replace /rank and /old-rank!
  11. /animals Expansion (Duck Option Added).

Part 2:

V1.10 The Rogue Update:

V1.10 Asset

Released on the 26th June 2024.

  1. Improved reading for numeric/number-based text.
  2. Improved Timestamps. No longer just one variant.
  3. Improved English Language & Grammar throughout the Bot.
  4. There is now “Paths of Acquisition” for Pro. Pro is not a paywall and will never be a paywall. There will always be multiple ways (paths) for you to get Brave Bot Pro.
  5. There are now Topia Perks for Pro Users only. (/battle, /work, /rps-bot, /thank-you)
  6. Documentation is now integrated with the Bot. The Docs are hosted by GitLab and powered by GitBook. The docs have been updated as well.
  7. The Summer Pizza Event is HERE! Do /event to find out more.
  8. Optional User Selects are now out for certain commands. (Change Reverted due to mass bugs)
  9. The “Advance Help” section of /help has been removed.
  10. New Jobs have been added to /work. Alongside new ranges for how much you can earn. 2 Ranges: High or Low depending on the job.
  11. /lie-detector, /8ball & /bot-opinion have been merged into /minigames
  12. /love, /emote and /express are no longer Pro Commands.
  13. /free-action has been renamed to /affection.
  14. /role-give-or-remove has been renamed to /role-mod.
  15. /rob has been renamed to /steal.
  16. Live Error Tracking powered by Sentry is now integrated into the Bot allowing users to get and attain error information privately. With only your Discord User-ID logged alongside the error data. This data is kept for 90 days only. (Removed on Release)
  17. /news is now improved and will no longer be out of date anymore.
  18. /shop has been redesigned.
  19. Improvements to Error Handling alongside the Sentry Integration.
  20. NEW: /echo is now a Moderation Command.
  21. /chat-ai has been updated to no longer be Server Exclusive Command but remains still unusable.
  22. Improved Experience when using /lock and /unlock. (You can now select channels to lock)
  23. /linux now uses a select menu instead of buttons.
  24. NEW: A base look for updates with the usage of the Brave Bot Font.
  25. Plus tones of Bug Fixes.
  26. Status-Page Removed.
  27. The timeout length for /moderate is now 120mins instead of 60mins.

V1.10.1 Summer Vibes Update 2024:

V1.10.1 Asset

Released on the 17th of July 2024

  1. Fixed a grammar issue with ProWelcome.
  2. Fixed a calculation logic issue with /work. (It would calculate your Tax Loss wrong by 1 coin)
  3. New information is now given with /stats and it has been redesigned
  4. Non-Pro Users can now only steal up to 50% of a user's balance (coins). Pro users can steal up to 100% of a user's balance (coins).
  5. Removed: "Brave Bot Projects" from /help.
  6. Improved /fun-user-info - Try it out to see what we have added.
  7. TAX RISE - Taxes are up by 5%.

V1.11 Love & Peace Update:

V1.11 Asset

Released on the 12th of August 2024.

  1. Redesigned /battle.
  2. More information is given when doing /role-info & /vc-info.
  3. DevBlogs - /news gets a ProButton. This gives Pro Users access to DevBlogs!
  4. Updated main graphic when doing /pro , /help and /ping.
  5. Updated /profile to no longer have OG Badge . We look to eventually make a OG Badge when the Bot is larger.
  6. /fun-user-info is now /funny-whois.
  7. /hack has now got a hacking loading buffer!
  8. Jackpot Message! Win 250,000 coins or if your Pro win 500,000 coins if you send a lucky message. (A one in a million chance of winning)
  9. You may not get work with /work there is now a chance of UNEMPLOYMENT!
  10. Improved /calculator with better logic.
  11. NEW command: /blackjack.
  12. You can now earn (win) coins with /roulette & /coinflip .
  13. /battle , /roulette and /coinflip all use the same multipliers. This can be viewed via /stats
  14. /work ProButton: Earn a extra cheeky BONUS!
  15. Numbers now have commas in-between after 3 digits and etc.
  16. Removed /three-fun, /commands & /dm.
  17. BraveTopia Stats for /stats have been expanded even more with more stuff.
  18. We now only say "Join our support sever" or "Join the support server"!
  19. Added "Honesty Meter" to /funny-whois alongside other improvements.
  20. Added Buttons to /pro to improve the experience. The Commands option now sends a better and improved embed that is used in /help.
  21. New ProButtons are out. They are in /minigames & /animals.
  22. No more Pro Only Commands. All Pro Commands have been moved into a respective Unit.
  23. Error Handling has been updated is well. To be more clear.
  24. Fixed bugs (This includes /minigames major bug where it would raise an error regardless)
  25. /ask-trump Now has a ProButton where you can ask again for a Trump Response.
  26. Improved Pro Embed for /pro & /help (They also now use the same embed)
  27. Various QOL Improvements have been implemented around the bot.
  28. /rps-bot If you win you earn 200 Coins instead of 100 Coins.
  29. /battle You only lose 50% of your balance if you lose the battle.
  30. /crypto Updated Selection to avoid scam coins.

Note

This gives Brave Bot Pro Users a slight advantage in earnings and losses (nothing else).

V1.12 Love & Peace Update Part 2:

V1.12 Asset

Released on the 17th of August 2024.

  1. Removal of /moderate, /linux & /pro.
  2. Improved Security & Stability of the Database.
  3. Bug Fixes. Mainly fixing bugs from the Love & Peace Update
  4. Applying For Pro now takes place in /help.
  5. Updated Docs Links with the New Docs UI and Layout.

  8. Improvements to our "Core" Moderation Commands
  9. Added Delete Profile to /reset alongside other QOL Improvements.

V1.13 Crystals Update:
